Meld is currently running out of its test kitchen, where we bake, ferment, cook and catalogue everything that comes in from our farm partners and our own farm each week. You can order a limited menu of baked goods online via Airmenus.

 

Our doors open on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar in July 2026. Come in through the day for brunch-style comfort food from our bakehouse. Evenings will be led by small plates and sharing plates built around whatever is in season. To drink, we have house-fermented beverages, coffee, tea, wine and sake.
